Caffeine free drinks

#1

Hi.

I know that drinking caffeine coffee and tea is a No No!

However, my early morning routine from about 6.30 is to have 2 cups of decaffinated coffee with several other caffiene free drinks during the day.

Is there any possibility that even the caffeine free drinks can hinder breast growth?

My PM regime appears to have hit a brick wall with no real change for several weeks now.

Thanks,

Sarah

At first I limited my coffee intake, quite considerably. For the best part of the the last year, I have drunk as much sa I wanted [and that can be a lot] with no apparent ill effects

Hi Chrissiegirl.

Many thanks for your reply.

What about alcohol please? I usually have a couple of drinks before dinner in the evening, maybe a glass of wine or beer or a weak whiskey. Would this hinder any growth please?

Thanks,

Sarah

P.S. Did you receive my emails please?

Hi,
I drink far too much, but do not sleep, without.
I did get you e-mail and started to reply and, then got side tracked; I will try and reply today.

I think the whole caffeine thing is a crock. Various factions in the nutrition/food fields have been trying to vilify caffeine for decades. I read a metastudy a short time ago, that tried to find concrete support for drastically limiting or completely eliminating caffeine from one's diet and failed to find ANY conclusive evidence (they looked for either improved health from stopping or a detriment to consuming caffeine) to support that position.

I am a coffee drinker. I have not cut back one bit, and have had significant growth to the point I need to seriously consider stopping PM if I want to continue to be able to hide the girls under normal male clothing. I already pretty much need a sports bra all the time now to avoid them being noticed.

As with anything, your mileage will vary, but I don't think you can blame caffeine or even moderate alcohol consumption for lack of growth. I think it is more likely genetics combined with dosage that is the culprit.

Hi Chrishoney, thanks for your posting.

Please tell us a little about yourself and how long you have been actively following a NBE routine.

What regime are you following and what has been the results please?

Thanks,

Sarah

Chrissiegirl, got your email, many thanks.

From what I understand, caffeine is a ?diruretic? - uh, removes water from the body. This is considered bad because it removes water from the breast and that reduces swelling from pumping. If you want water retention to be your breast growth, then this applies to you. However, I want real tissue growth so I can't really see what caffeine has to do with that.

sarawhr,

I also post on cheryl's site and I'm pretty sure I have posted a bit about my program--gets hard to remember where I've posted what! So, my program: since April 2010 I have been primarily taking PM (Ainterol 500 mg). Prior to that I had been experimenting with estradiol cream and progesterone cream (both available without a script) but found that fairly expensive, and I also had concerns about the estradiol even though it was transdermal delivery. Up to that point, I had always read that herbals wouldn't be strong enough to effect any changes, especially for a genetic male.

After finding this site (took me quite a while, actually) I started taking FG and SP, then added the PM. I stopped the estradiol but kept up the progesterone cream intermittently. After starting the herbs, I started having some weight issues, which has never been a real problem for me in the past and figured the FG was the culprit based on other folks' experience. I stopped the FG pretty quickly and have also stopped the SP as well. Dosages of PM have varied from one 500 mg capsule/d up to 3000 mg/d (2 caps 3x/d). I have tried different brands twice, but didn't notice a difference and they were more expensive, so I have gone back to Ainterol.

Since July, I have pretty consistently been on 1000 mg to 2000 mg/d with only one or two breaks due to delivery issues with certain PM vendors. At the beginning of December I decided to try a topical cream from Ainterol since my left side is a bit less developed than the right.

Results: pre PM measurements: below breast = 37.5, breast = 39, above breast = 39, today: below breast = 38, breast = 41.75, above breast = 40. According to the bra calculator at 85b.org that should give me a bra size of 42b! I don't think I have b-cups (my a-b bras are filled nicely, but I still only partially fill a 38b), but I definitely have a solid a, and they are getting harder and harder to keep under wraps (yes it is necessary in my life right now.)

Both have easily palpable 'breast buds' with the right larger than the left. My right side is more developed than the left with a larger mass of glandular tissue below the nipple giving it a much more conical shape than the left. The right areola has expanded slightly as well. The left side is progressing more since starting the topical cream and only applying it to the left 2x/d. Both nipples are enlarged since I have used supple nips in the past, so it's hard to say if that is from increased size and PM, but they are always visible under shirts, even two layers.

I have noticed other 'side effects' similar to chrissiegirl and others: decreased libido, almost never get morning erections, never get spontaneous erections during the day, calmer, less angry, no interest in porn anymore (these first couple have continued without taking SP), male jeans feel tight and constricting across the hips and buttocks, female jeans seem to fit much better (I am still in the same size I was wearing even several years ago, so my weight has not increased, but the fat distribution seems to have changed), texture of head hair seems less coarse (hoping that the gray starts to diminish too, but not holding my breath waiting for that), my beard grows slower and is definitely less coarse, body hair grows out slower, skin softer (not sure, maybe.) I can still get erections and masturbate but I just don't bother they way I used to. I REALLY don't mind that part.

My 'program' has been haphazard at best, but I have achieved results, enough to revaluate how much farther I want to take this process.

wishful,

caffeine is a weak diuretic at best. The body is extremely good at maintaining homeostasis in terms of fluid and electrolyte balance and I seriously doubt the small net water loss (there might not even be a net loss since you also have to take into account the volume you are taking in from drinking the coffee or whatever in the first place) from drinking caffeinated beverages is enough to affect pumping. The long term effects of pumping are increased expansibility of the tissue from long duration, low intensity stretching, not from increased water in the breast tissue. As so many have noted, that goes away in a matter of hours. Just my opinion of course.

Hope this helps,

chrissy

My experience is very similar to Chrishoney's. My measurements are slightly different, and I'm not sure I see any difference in my hair, but I'm not looking any difference there either. My wife tells me my skin is significantly softer, although I'm not sure I can tell. Weight gain and FG do seem to go together for me. But I also take it for digestive benefit, so I put up with that. The PM (same brand and similar dosages to Chrishoney, although I have never exceeded 2000mg in a day) has been the thing that really made my boobs grow.

In the summer of 2009 I began with FG, SP, etc. In the year I was on that regimen, I noticed a difference in rounding and fullness on my chest, but not much difference with the tape measure (40" under, 41" at nips, 42" at armpits). I switched to PM with small quantities of FG in the summer of 2010. Big difference in shape and projection since then. Now measuring 37.5, 42, 41.5 and really should lose 25 lbs or so. Never did measure the hips or anything, but my wife tells me that my briefs look silly on me now and my panties are much better looking. During the first year and the first 4 months of PM I abstained from coffee and mostly from alcohol. I am back to my old coffee routine these days (4 cups/day) and see no difference in the pace of change in my body. I still don't drink much alcohol, but then I have been a light drinker since I got myself in trouble with it in my twenties. That was almost 30 years ago... Sad

Enjoy your coffee is my advice.
