Advice for 3 years on hrt, looking for options
#1

Hi all! my first post here. In short, I'm mtf, and 23, and have been on various forms of hrt for around 3 years (firstly estrogen pills {starting with 4mg up to 8mg}, then an Estrogen pellet, now topical gel{4mg a day}), i've been on and off with bio-identical progesterone), and i'm super unhappy with my breast development.  I've had a look through a few threads, and am looking towards Pueraria Mirifica, but would love some advice.

I eat enough, i eat a healthy diet, (i'm a vegetarian), so im not sure what to do outside of this.

Firstly. is that my best option? since im on hrt i thought maybe not. im open to everything other then things using animal products
Secondly, where do I start? are there any resources online that would help me?

also included pictures of my breasts, if that gives any ideas on how to fix.

Thank you for taking the time to respond!! Big Grin

Hi.<3

You're on conventional HRT, do not touch PM, just don't, it wont do anything good to you and you want to avoid receptor conflicts and PM has quite a bit of DVT risk. Look into the Topical Cream Protocol, there's a thread for it here. Its based on topical application of DHEA, Prog and E2, with quite a lot of possibilities on how expand and enhance its effect. Go read that thread, its in was it "other methods" subforum.

Now that Lotus isn't posting, I'm keeping that thread going and questions answered. The topical protocol is probably your best bet on how to help your boobs grow while on convnetional HRT. Then there's other stuff, glandulars, amino acids to boost your HGH, going on Pioglitazone for PPAR-gamma activation to hack your fat distribution etc.

But I would say the topicals are easy to arrange and so far everyone who has done it correctly keep reporting positive results. I've been on it for over two years, experimenting with different tweaks with ingredients and dosing and its amazingly helpful.

You can message me directly too if there's something you need help with.

Hi and welcome yeah i agree with what HN says above you shouldn't take PM if on hrt. You seem to have a good starting point. Hrt works at different speeds for different people.

Topical is way to go to boost things but just have patience and you will get there your young so things will get bigger not just breasts but curves in general just keep the faith and you will get there!  Smile

You should read few important threads here, but take your time, there's a lot to dig into. Lotus has posted tons of good stuff, Project-X threwad in particular is full of good information but its many hundred pages long. Then read the TCP thread, and then my main thread. I lay out things in quite simple to understand manner but there's also a lot of just picture updates and assorted other stuff about my transition.

Then go read Tanyasquirrels Acorns thread, there's a lot of experiemental and theoretical stuff which is worth digging through.

Fidn out about the HGH + IGF-1 route as that can be hugely beneficial. Also what you can do with prolactin, some boost can help depending on your genetics. You're so your that the growth hormone side isn't much an issue, you can easily get your levels to match heights of puberty which can do a whole lot.

Loom into weight cycling, its one of the most efficient ways to boost your curves. I think its one of the things people overlook and underperform. I wouldn't shy away from doing even quite extensive gain/slimming cycle if you're comfortable with that. At least slimming down is easier in your age.

Go do some reading, don't hesitate to ask about anything that comes to mind. Heart

I'll spend the next couple of days reading up, thank you for the reading list o7.

in regards to the " You're so your that the growth hormone side isn't much an issue, you can easily get your levels to match heights of puberty", is the idea that since I'm young, my HGH + IGF-1 levels are probably still reasonably high naturally? Is Prolactin something I can get prescribed by doctors? I'll look into it.

I would like to weight cycle, but my body doesn't like losing weight, and the anti-depressant i'm on, mitazapine, works well for my mental health, but also makes my appetite larger. I weigh 87.1 kg atm, at 181cm ish, how much weight would be a good starting point to lose? I think my bones are heavy, because I don't think i look like I weigh 87kg.

Thank you for your insight again, very thankful to have found BN.

Yes, sorry for the typo. I'm neurodivergent and make fuckton of typos when typing fast and not double checking every post.

You're so young you can easily get your growth hormone + growth factors really high. It gets harder in later age when these levels start to naturally descline. HGH is quite easy until around age fifty five and when you're under thirty its super easy to deal with this as nothing has diminished much if at all. Prolactin is the hormone that plays massive role in incuding lactation and it plays a big part in breast development. I don't think you can get tit prescribed on its own, but our bodies produce it quite easily if you eat right kind of diet, take some prolactin boosting herbs, Inot long ago posted a list of well known ones, there's plenty of options. Then medications like Cyproterone Acetate and in particular Domperidone can greatly boost your levels.

Keep in mind you want to keep prolactin in balance, unless you're aiming for inducing lactation, too high levels can elevate prolactinoma risk but its unlikely you would get such levels going. Prolactin is one of the hormones that most ignore or they're way too scared of it, but it can be beneficial to your breast development.

You're quite slim tbh. Bones don't add much to over all weight, they're actually pretty light. Was it around +10% of body weight what bones cover? I don't remember from the top of my head, but its not as much as people think. Most bones are hollow and have theporous part inside, sturdy as fuck but light. Muscles weight massively more and fat is much lighter, its lower density and bigger by volume.

Go dig the forum and read, there's tons of good information here, just takes some effort to gather it all together.

I've been trying to figure out how to use the forum correctly, I've tried searching "Tanyasquirrels Acorns", "Tanyasquirrels", " Inot" and "prolactin boosting herbs" and no posts come up. is searching like that not the correct way to find old threads?

Also I just tell myself I have heavy bones to make myself feel better for my weight lol. Would you start with me gaining 2.5kg then losing it? or losing it first? I don't excercise almost at all, so it's probably mostly fat ?

Thanks!

The search function sucks. And I might misremember peoples nicknames etc... Easiest way is to arrange by post count and then see what the most popular long threads are, often those have the best information. A lot of good stuff is in the HRT subforum.

Girl, don't worry about your weight Big Grin Look, I'm about 179cm tall and I weight over 130kg currently. I was at 92kg before transition and I was taller. If you're feeling too fat, then what am I, a landwhale? xD lol. Seriously, try not to get your body image messed up due to a number on the scale, that's a certain way to self sabotage and possibly ED. I narrowly avoided eating disorder in my teens because I was gaslighted like crazy and bullied for my weight and I've been always sturdy built. I blame drumming and bike rides and swimming, later weight lifting etc. There's always +20kg of invisible weight on me and I can't make it magically go away.

People often forget about the way they're built when staring at the scale or BMI. And the expectations to be rail thin are ridiculous, especially for women.

I would say cycle at least 5kg up and down to make it actually do something. Small fluctuations in weight wont do much anything as those happen naturally all the time anyway. Its up to you if I want to even try weight cycles, its just a well known to work method.

I would put on 40kg if it would mean i could look like you in a heartbeat!! I just don't think my body look good heavier Sad I wish it did. maybe I'll try putting on 5kg and report back.

I'll try searching that way, thanks.
