Do BO effect body fat and curve?

Hi everyone Smile
it my first post,and I just wondering if the BO only influence the breast or change your body shape as HRT?cuz I also want a sandfall body shape and butt too Wink

Welcome to BN.

Firstly, use the search function, secondly go dig into the threads, there's several which are amazing but long read. 

And to answer your question about BO, yes it does to an extent. Seems that its especially effective when done as a combination with Pituitary and Uterine glandulars. But without a decent conventional HRT and weight gain/cycles you wont get far. Fat distribution change takes a long time and few things can be done to speed it up to an extent. It is repeated a lot that taking BO will make weight gain easier/faster and that fat distributions tends to follow a female pattern while on it. For those to whom its effective to, as it is a bit selective. We still don't know with absolute clarity why, but its suggested that body temperature and genetics might have an effect.

Welcome onboard millet,

From my experience BO is good for overall body feminisation, certainly when combined with other HRT/topical/exercise regimes.

My focus is on overall body feminisation, as such I'm on E, lower-half topical of prog/oestrogel, DHEA, and red clover, along with BO. 

How much BO is contributing to the overall effect is hard to quantify, but changes do feel a bit quicker with it.
  
Not sure effective t is on its own though and as HN has said, for some unknown reason BO doesn't work for everyone. However, if it does work, the one major plus is that it doesn't come with the DVT risks that PM has.

I'd suggest BO on its own you'd need a decent amount daily, probably 4~6 (Swanson) capsule each day, then to avoid stressing your liver, I'd add Milk Thistle as well.

To get that magical hourglass figure you'd also best adding a decent female legs, bums and tums exercise routine, see YouTube there's loads on there.
