Hello lovelies,
I am currently taking 1 x 500mg PM daily, have for ages.
And I have also been taking SP , this one:

Each capsule contains:
Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto) ext. soft conc. ....................355.56mg
From min. dry fruit................3.556g (3556mg) 

Is there a stronger AA i could take with my PM, and should i increase to 1000mg?

I would like things to remain flaccid down there and have more breast growth and nipple growth now.
