I know Progesterone is required for ductal side-branching and volume and a rounder shape.

At what point after budding should we take progesterone? It will stop growth, but can we cycle it?

I've got buds, maybe stopped growing, small man-boobs.
Should I be adding progesterone now that I've budded?
Cycle it?
Use both phytoestrogen + progesterone at the same time?

Prog will not stop growth, it will more likely enhance it. There are two schools of thought on this, either take it after some time on HRT, this again depends on who you ask about it. And others advice to start it right away. I started after seven months but would go on it right away if I had to do it again. 

Drop phytoestrogens if you're on the real deal, it wont help to tak both. 

Don't cycle prog, take it stable, every- or every other day.

It doesn't hurt to buy the OTC cream and try it. I only rarely used it because it had a huge temporary negative effect on my DHT.
