Hey! So this is the start of my NBE journey. I sometimes become stagnant when faced with uncertainty and hide behind fears but by sharing and inviting others into my journey I will keep myself accountable and committed to my goals to be true to myself.
I’m a 36 year old Mexican gay male living in California, I'm 5’11” and weigh 200lbs. I’ve never used hormones or any NBE supplements yet. I have dreams of growing big breasts, enhancing the roundness of my breasts and enlarging my nipples. If I could feminize other parts of my body to develop curves and softer skin I would be pleased beyond belief but I'm a realist too.
I’ve read a lot of information here since I joined (THANK YOU!!) and while I’m still reading and learning, I think I’ve found a starting program that feels right for me. Feedback and advice are welcome and appreciated!

I'm using amazon to source my products because it’s easy and because I live very close to a gigantic amazon facility which makes delivery quickly but I am not opposed to sourcing supplements from other places that are recommended.

- Buy bras and wear daily for shape and support. I will use abrathatfits for an accurate fit prior to purchasing
- Topical protocol: mix DHEA capsules with creams and massage breasts nightly (alternate daily between estrogen and progesterone creams) massage red clover extract and vitamin D3 cream into nipples nightly. I will be using dermaroll to enhance absorption
