There is a really good thread here under the forum 'Other Methods' written by Lotus and Heaven - it has excellent info on how to help. Personally I have been using breast plumping serums, breast enhancing creams as well as wild yam cream and I do believe that they are helping me. I do massage them all in very well - at least twice a day if not more, and also massage for at least 5 to 10 minutes, ( which probably does more for bust enhancement than the creams.....) but yes, for me they help a lot.
