Hello everyone! I know the site is especially for NBE, however in my case that's not what im looking for but feminize my body.
I barely have a week on PM, started with 1000mg dose (powder root), 500mg SP and tea spearmint.
I read that SP isn't a good choice when referring to NBE but since I have zero interest on that I suppose it's fine.
My question being, does anybody has experienced good results on body feminization such as fat distribution? And how long it would take?
If matters, i'm 30 years old (skinny-fat complexion), also fat intake is not a problem since I work out (lower body mostly)

PM alone is very unlikely to give you much more than small boobs and its not great on that either. Bovine ovary route is great for those who benefit, but its a hit or miss if it does.
Full body feminisation takes far more than just herbs or cow parts. I've got a massive difference since before starting, but I've been on very effective convnetional HRT, and extensive NBE program for 43 months currently. Without a good HRT, the changes are likely subtle and minor because as long as there is testosterone dominance, not much will change, T and DHT levels are must to be nuked first.
As for NBE, look into bovine ovary /glandular therapy, the MSM + D3 + Calcium combination, topical cream protocol, amino acids and other supplements. You can do quite a lot on other stuffs alone, but HRT is pretty much required for more bigger changes or at least suppression of testosterone.

HH is right, you'll need a decent regime, but you'll end up with breasts.
I'm focused on lower half feminisation to, but I'm on hrt, which is definitely helping.
Only other suggestion would be lower body feminisation exercises, just search on YouTube there's loads of workouts on there.
However, you'll need to be committed and work hard at it, but stick to it and you'll at least get a more female looking lower half.

It is a big committmend, specially on the work out matter. I'm being realistic and I know I won't end up as Beyonce but I hope I can get some fat distribution on the hips just to gain some curves and skin improvements. My butt is already fine, I'm skinny and yet, I do have some considerable fat distribution and good shape, genetics I suppose. So that's a score on my side. Still, is workable through exercises so it shouldn't be a problem anyway.
I guess i'll start on a low dosage instead perhaps 500/mg (not before resting for a week to let body "reset" my hormones state) and a do progressive overload of 150/mg each week until 1500-2000/mg and re-start again with proper rest, just to somehow mazimine side effects while keeping breast growth in "control". I could easily get Estradiol and do a proper feminization but since it's the real thing, I'm afraid I would have zero control on it, even on super low dosages.
I'll come back in a year to show the results guys! Hopefully I can somehow control the growth. f I see any slightest sign of growth, I'll rest for a month and so and repeat the dosage program (as I've reading you can "revert" your growth just by cutting-off in a certain point).
