Need regimen recommendation

At the risk of coming across as lazy,  I’m looking for a regimen recommendation

I have read various threads and posts, still very confusing

My goals

1) smallish breasts( don’t want to be noticeable, wanna hide in social situations)

2) hourglass figure, round booty, attractive lower body(currently it’s the opposite, with skinny legs)

3) don’t want to lose my penis or its functionality. Want to be able to cum and make women pregnant 

I guess this makes me a secret shemale, not sure if there is technical difference 

I’m 43 years old. 160 lbs with a small dad bod. Willing to go to the gym and work out. 

Indian ethnicity. Have chest hair to hide any breast growth currently 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Firstly, drop the "shemale", there's not much more degrading term than that... Being a feminine man is totally fine without using some pornbrained misogynistic terms that are usually used as a slur for a transsex woman. Dodgy

Secondly, you seem to be asking quite a lot. The body changes you want would probably require conventional HRT rather than NBE as supplements and herbs alone will not be very potent. Also, if you go on HRT to achieve such changes, you will have extreme trouble mainataining male function. You cannot be both at the same time, that's not how our bodies work.

This is something that keeps on being repeated endlessly here on BN, men wanting female secondary sex characteristics and they think they can without sacrificing their fertility and erections. Answer is no you can't, not very well, not easily. Dancing on the fence with this is difficult, you either have full male function or you have full feminising body changes, but getting both is near impossible, something has to be sacrificed in that case. Maybe you want to look into bovine ovary and weight cycling along with exercises to accentuate lower body, but keep in mind BO works only for some people and some do not benefit from it. Also keep in mind that if you go on PM, you might get small boobs, but not much else. For full body feminisation you will need hormone replacement therapy and that WILL mess up your male function and can harm your fertility.

So you have to choose what you want, you can't have it all, and also if you want to be sure that your fertility isn't compromised, steer clear of all this. Do not play with your hormone balance without careful consideration. Doing that for just a fetish would be extremely dumb. Also, with exercise and breast plate and hip padding, you can easily do what you want without actual body changes and messing up your function. If your interest isn't much deeper than that, crossdressing could be more your thing without compromising fertility and function?

Heaven's Night response is spot on.

From my own experiences, I'm male staying male but realised that a feminised body was far more than a want or desire, it's something that I need to do for my own sanity and wellbeing. As such, I'm now on HRT, topical, dieting and lower body exercises to achieve my goals. However, I had to accept the downstairs compromises, so while I was on NBE I did a tonne of research and only when I was 100% sure that I was fully accepting the compromise, did I switch to HRT,.

It will be extremely difficult and most likely not possible to realise your goals using NBE/etc ut you could certainly achieve some feminisation with lots of diet and targeted exercise.

This is not meant to sound blunt, but to me your goals sound like fantasy and unrealistic, so I'd stay well clear of herbs, BO, etc if you need your full male functionality.

The last two post's from Heavens Night & Wee2er are the best two advisory post's I have seen in a while, they are bang on.

This is not a game and must be taken with utmost care, as Heavens night said SHEMALE is for porn and this is not a porn site.

Please stop and ask yourself some serious questions, may I suggest that you look at what herb or routine you want to adopt, you will find that the internet is full of good information, then come back and ask your question again, I will say you will certainly ask it in a different way.

Stay safe, dont mess up your body because you will, as many will tell you
