This has been my personal experience too. I started prog at around month seven, then bovine ovary at month ten, which probably has similar composition/effect, and that was the time when Tanner four development kicked in and my areolas grew width rapidly. Since then this slowed down but it has taken several growth spurts later on, one of which seems to be happening right now as I'm likely entering early Tanner five development.
I think this is the effect of topical rpogesterone as part of the topical protocol at work. I'm sure Lotus could explain all this from the science stand point in very detailed way, but this is typical effect of progesterone to those who benefit from it. It has some variation for sure, but most trans women seem to get quite a boost from it and areola width is part of that.
So yes, it might do just that.
Always kind and precise with your answers, thanks a lot
At the moment I think I’m on Tanner stage three, at least it seems to me. Last month during the budding my boobs were hard and tense, and nipples still flat. Now instead my breast is fuller, tender and soft with small prominent nipples, especially the right one.
Next month I ‘ll buy progesterone cream and I’m curious to see the magic happening… I’m only in doubt if stay on 500 of BO or increase to 1000.

Another little question for the experts on topical….
My order of Progesterone cream and DHEA is arriving today and I’m excited to start this new experiment, but I’ve a small doubt.
My nipples are little different, the right one have a little bit larger and rounded areola and the nipple itself is more prominent than the left one. It seems that on the left side the tissue had a different growth during the budding.
Is it safe start the topical application of progesterone and DHEA in this moment ? It could help to develop the left nipple/areola or it could increase the difference ?
Thanks in advance to all

You're fine using topicals, it might even out your development as DHEA helps to fix breast athropy. Also, your breasts will never be fully symmetrical, no human is like that so there might be a slight difference no matter what. But topicals can also done aimed on one side to even them out if you feel the need.
Just look at mine, my areolas are different width, my breasts have different shapes, left is bigger but right projects more. This is as normal as it gets, slight differences just are a thing that exists.

Thank you Lara, always kind and quick with your answers
I know that some differences are normal, and fortunately differences make the world a better place…
My only doubt was that the left side could have not completely developed… but actually I’ve no more “simptoms” of budding, my breast doesn’t hurts and it is again soft and tender and the hardness under the nipples is totally disappeared…
So I was undecided if start with progesterone right now or wait some weeks… But I’m too curious to see how my little boobs can change with topicals
By the way progesterone cream and DHEA can be applied together or is better on different times of the day ?!?

Sor sake of simplicity, just add them together. That's what I do as I have whole bunch of ingredients in the topical protocol along with the essentials. I mix everything and let the DHEA powder absorb for a while, then apply all that after dermarolling and lastly add RC and cayenne extracts separately. Makes least mess.
Time of the day wont matter more than you either do evening only, or morning and evening if you split it in two. I only do it once before sleep again to have some semblance of simplicity and easy routine. I also wear a top of some kind to not make a mess of the sheets and that helps keeping everything from spreading while it absorbs overnight. Then next morning wash of what ever residue there is, this way my bra or day clothes wont get messed up.
You're in the beginning stages and probably don't have to worry about your breasts evening out yet, typically that happens naturally as you progress and they might sort of take turns on which one grows faster and from exactly where and how. I've noted how mine never develop evenly, but in spurts and periods which keep changing, but some non symmetrical traits seem to last and this I think is genetics and luck as they're sisters, not twins.
