My question is, how much and how often should I apply progesterone cream? Right now I apply one pump daily Monday through Friday and skip weekends. I also apply 2 pumps of estrogen cream and take one white peony capsule daily. I've been following this plan for a month, but I wonder if I should change how much progesterone cream I'm applying.
I'm a guy with gynecomastia and my breasts are fuller on bottom, so I'm trying to increase the fullness of my breasts.

You can and should use progesterone cream daily. Progesterone has a short half life so levels drop sharply if you take it infrequently. When done as capsules or injection, its recommended to be taken daily and same applies of course to creams.
I'm using Prog cream daily at all times, but cycle capsules 15/15 days to afford it, normally there's no need to cycle prog, just keep going at it.

P4 works in synergy with E2. Keep that in mind.

Hi, estradiol elongates breast tissue while progesterone develops side branching. Try standing in front of a mirror bare chested ChestyOldman and raise your arms over your head, whatever boobage you see is actual breast tissue. If your breasts are heavier on the bottom it tells me estradiol is in control of your breast growth. If your breasts appear rounded (from the above method) stay the course.
If you want more side growth and inner growth (what we call inner poles of the breasts) as opposed to the outer poles (in the reverse of inner explanation) I'd recommend altering days of estradiol cream and progesterone cream. If you see no actual breast tissue don't use progesterone cream until you develop breast buds first. Breast Buds comes first in breast growth, then followed by progesterone… and prolactin, growth hormone, milk proteins etc. Using anti-androgens help with the growth process in addition to other things. Good luck.

Lotus, thank you for commenting! I definitely have boobage, and have had for at least 10 years. My goal is to increase their overall fullness, and not necessarily their projection, so that I better fill the top portions of my bra cups. I wear 38C bras now, and the underwires fit my breasts perfectly, but the tops of the cups aren't completely full.
Based on your definitions, I believe my desire is for inner pole growth, right? So that would mean that I should alternate days using the two creams. If I'm
satisfied with their projection, do I need to continue the estradiol cream, or is it also important?
Thanks for you input.

I have a rather stupid question, if you want to fill the upper portion of your bra cups, my question is are you sure you have the correct size bra, and have been fitted properly? Not trying to come off rude or anything, just wanted to make sure all the basics are covered. Figured I'd ask the obvious question. Lol
I'm a auto mechanic by trade and we always look for the simple obvious stuff first when trying to problem solve like seeing if fuses are burnt out or relays need replacement before doing more invasive stuff for any kind of diagnosis.

Thank you, CM213. I have tried different size calculators, different bra sizes, different brands, different styles, etc. My best fit comes from underwired minimizers with stretch cups, but even then there is some room at the top. Plus, standing and looking at my breasts in the mirror they are definitely fuller on bottom.
