Hi! You may have seen my project in which I committed to using a breast pump at least 1-2 times per day to help get fuller breasts. However, I have for a time been entertaining the idea of using some (mild) NBE herbs in addition to the pump, just to hopefully combine these effects into a all-round program. I'm not aiming high, just an A or B cup should be enough for me. I also really prefer creams over oral supplements due to high rate of absorption, and raw over extracts due to certainty of composition. Can anyone recommend appropriate herbal products for me and potentially to similar beginners as well?
