The Topical Cream Protocol (by Lotus)

#11

I read your latest post on RC & P4 and I find it fascinating. I've always felt that there was something different about RC and all this confirms it.

I did a quick search online and while I didn't read the PubMed articles yet, the headlines spoke volumes:

Red Clover Potentiates Progesterone Signaling, and .... Red Clover Combined with Progesterone Enhances PR Signaling through the Estrogen Receptors

Thank you for sharing this important addition to the Topical Protocol!

It seems like I really have to put this to the test as soon as possible. iHerb seems to stock quite affordable RC extract, I thought to try it. It would easily mix with the rest of the ingredients and I think 20-40 drops might be enough. At least with cayenne and cinnamon extracts these rather low doses seem to be enough. I presume with RC same would apply if its just strong enough.

Thanks Lotus yet another fantastic post with all the science behind it, I'm certainly a topical convert  Hug

Stevenator & Lara - I've just been eyeing up the iHerbs RC extract to LOL, it's in my basket for the next purchase. I'm going to add it to the prog cream/oestrogel with DHEA dissolved in, then rotate it around hips, butt & thighs.
RC is definitely interesting.

I feel like I was told, by either you or other people, that topical E2 would desensitize receptors and/or aggravate cancer risk. What's the deal there?

Hi Aria, I moved your question to the appropriate thread. What I'm gonna explain next is a major discovery for discussion. Now, the notion that my posts are too complex comes with me understanding what science can do in relation to growing breasts. One can't pull something out their ass and claim it's fact about growing breasts… laughable… science will always be involved in new discoveries. Taming the science down is understandable, I don't need an interpreter to speak on behalf though, simply ask me for help with whatever meaning. Btw, to all, I do research because I enjoy it, and benefit from it, and hopefully you do too. It's not my “JOB”.  Dodgy

I'm able (with confidence) to say that lipogenesis of breast tissue fights against breast cancer. I've been pushing around the idea of using PPAR (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor) inhibitor I described in the “Topical Protocol” as Red Clover (RC) initiates lipogenesis. If you read the earlier posts in this thread you find additional information on the Topical benefit of estradiol.

lipogenesis is the conversion of fatty acids and glycerol into fats, or a metabolic process through which acetyl-CoA is converted to triglyceride for storage in fat.[1]

Here's the bullet points
Mechanisms of nutritional and hormonal regulation of lipogenesis

PARP Inhibitor
New partners in the therapy of cancer and inflammatory diseases

With three PARP inhibitors approved for use against ovarian cancer, however, it is an exciting time for the evaluation of combining PARP inhibition with conventional treatments, immunotherapy, or antiangiogenesis treatments for the treatment of genetically unstable and difficult-to-treat, aggressive cancers.

Topical Estradiol enhances the stimulatory effect of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) on mammary development and growth hormone-induced IGF-I messenger ribonucleic acid
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7867584/

E2 significantly enhanced the effects of IGF-I on mammary development. Plus, E2 treatment improves collagen synthesis by making new collagen.

Topical application of E2 stimulates insulin-like growth factor receptors and increases the production of insulin-like growth factors from fibroblasts (Ashcroft et al., 1997), which in turn induces lipogenesis.

More to follow later.

Wow! That is quite the turnabout from my previous model of reality, but kind of makes sense. It's still a way terrible idea to inect estradiol valerate into your breasts though, right?

Very excited for more, catch ya later.

Thank you Lotus for updating the Topical Protocol with research that we can apply to our programs. I appreciate what you do for us very much.

Hello! Ive read in Project X that progesterone should not be started until breasts start budding, so is it a bad idea to start a topical program without buds?

Thanks

I think and from my experience topical is a brilliant regime, just leave the progesterone out of the mix until you have some proper buds.
