As the others here have already stated, you should from any NBEs until you get better. Just take some time to relax and do some extra research in the meantime.
Now, I may not have much experience with NBEs, but I'll try to add in a bit of my knowledge on blood related issues.
Although not very common with BO, I did experience something close to hyperviscosity. Well into my 3rd month of BO, I started to feel very sluggish. I often had shortness of breath and a lot of dizziness. Especially while exercising. And as one should, I temporarily stopped taking BO to let my body recover and spent some time on figuring out why this occurred in the first place. I still cant say for certain why it happened, but I believe it has something to do with how the nutrients and hormones are absorbed.
Now, I might be totally wrong on this, so feel free to correct me.
I see nutrient and hormone absorption as a very complicated delivery chain. Now lets say you are just starting out on NBEs. You are maybe 2 months into your journey with between 1250 to 2000mg of whatever substance that you are taking. This sounds like a lot. And I bet this was too much in my case.
2 months prior, you were essentially a healthy man. 2 months later, you are stuffing yourself with plant capsules and enough testosterone suppressants and estrogen to make gear users jealous. Your delivery chain can already process testosterone and estrogen. The question is how much? If you take PM, you probably take up to 10 capsules a day worth of herbs. This may not sound like much, but how about a person that just recently started PM? Has their body adapted enough yet? If not, wouldn't the hormones just accumulate in the body? The blood plasma takes in these hormones to deliver them to their respective cells. But what if your cells don't need more hormones. Wouldn't they just accumulate and clog up certain areas of the bloodstream? If you are just starting out on NBEs, wouldn't for example your breasts need a lot less hormones? I'd guess going from tanner stage 4 to 5 would be a lot more demanding than going from 1 to 3. So not only does your body need a lot less estrogen in the beginning, but it probably don't even have the ability to process such high amounts of excess either. A high dosage might be good for those of us that have bee using it for half a year or more. Our bodies have probably adapted enough to handle such input and it probably needs a lot more of the same hormones to progress the breast development further.
When I stopped taking BO to fix my blood, I could still feel the effects even a few weeks after. This would imply that one would accumulate the hormones necessary for feminization in the body over time. If this is the case with other NBEs as well, then is this the reason why people experience side effects early on? And if that is the case, why do we recommend a full dosage after just a few months? If it truly does accumulate in the body over time, then we should technically slowly increase our dosage over a much larger timespan to reduce side effects.
