The dosage between pueraria mirifica powder and capsules is the same, let me explain.
In terms of efficacy, does 2 grams of powder correspond to four 500 mg capsules?
I ask because I have read in some stores that for capsules they recommend a maximum of 1 gram per day, while for powder they recommend two grams per day.
Maybe that with capsules there is greater absorption than with powder?
