I looked in a phone book and there are 2 stores that sells herbs. Thinking about checking them out. Would you buy herbs capsule locally no name or from a big store or online

Online is the most discreet and provides access to everything you need for NBE.

The only supplement relevant to NBE that is not widely available in health food stores in the US and probably the UK is pueraria mirifica.
