I have recently started taking PM (8 weeks) 1200Mg. Is there something else that would hasten my breast development process and feminine shape.

Make sure your PM is good qualitiy PM. (Ainterol still rocks)

But you really can't rush things. The more you want to take, the more your body will fight against it.
I do feel like the more PM I take, the more my liver filters out. So going to high dossage of PM only makes your liver work harder.

It does help to not only take PM but also take supplements to lower your testosterone and to support the aromatase.
So you could add
either Red Reishi or Saw Palmetto
3 times a week progesteron cream
do add calcium and vitamin D3 to your program and maybe MSM too.
