Starting a program

#11

Hi Ben,

What you're referring to is what an anti-androgen used for …or using a 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor for NBE.

Please read pages 2 thru 4 of Breast Growing Notes as it covers the conversion of T to aromatase, DHT and receptor binding and more.

Re:
1) 5 alpha-reductase-(enzyme)

Inhibition of 5α-reductase results in decreased conversion of testosterone to DHT, leading to increased testosterone and estradiol.

hope this is what meant?  Smile

Ya I have been reading it for the n+1 time lol.
What I'm missing is how much the aromatase up regulation affects the 0.3% of the average t conversion.
I'm having a hard time finding numbers to compute what's going on (I'm a number person aswell). How much does wp or the others increase the aromatase?  Is it a set amount of total e produced or is there a balance conversion? Will increasing t increase e? Is it posable to aromatase wnough to make adding a phytoestrgen unnecessary? Does Testosterone (not dht) affect breast shape or size? What's are the levels of t needed?

Sorry I'm a student working on my bsme degree.

Thanks

Okay I understand. I'll have some fun numbers later tonight...baring any unforseen interruptions.

A number of years I created a thread to highlight the importance of taking Free T and consequently converting it to aromatase by eliminating DHT effects…this is the discussion.

Testosterone 101

That small .02% of E is converted by the enzyme aromatase, this small percentage can be misleading, estradiol is 100 more potent at the receptor sites then T, that means T needs to balance at the same level to have the same affinity.

Let's take 10mg x .02%

It equals 0.002mg of E2 (in serum) in receptor sites the calculations change.

Although naturally-occurring estrogens circulate in the blood largely bound to sex hormone-binding globulin and albumin, only unbound estrogens enter target tissue cells.

This happens when estrogen saturates testosterone receptors in the hypothalamus region of the brain.

The saturated hypothalamus then stops sending out a hormone to the pituitary gland to stimulate secretion of luteinizing hormone, which the gonads require to produce testosterone.

High estrogen can thus shut down the normal testicular production of testosterone…AKA negative feedback.

There's a simpler way to look at this instead of trying to calculate how much aromatase you'll need.

So, in normal human male testes we have the following productions rates:

Testes
Testosterone @ 85%
Estradiol @ 15%

As we start adding phytoestrogens (or hrt meds) to start growing breasts you'll start seeing the above ratios change (evident in blood tests).

Once you reach chemical castration rate of 50 ng/dL that ratio is looking like this:

Estradiol 85%
Testosterone 15%

My advice, take your free T (in the above mentioned ratio) and convert it to aromatase.

Can you still function?...yes, although might need a little help. Hug Smile

Using an anti-androgen that blocks 80-90% of DHT works just fine when used with PM @ 1,000mg. Make sure you follow the entire program in the x-thread (w/no add on's and you'll do just fine).

For additional information, check the x-thread.

I'll have more to follow-up with.  Smile Hug

Oh thanks ELLA,
I've also been looking more into essential amino acids, in particular Tyrosine, Ornithine, I'm already taking Arginine.

So a solid cycle could look like:
1 estrogenic herb
1 pro-hormone
1 pro-aromatase
1 potentiator (vitamins/minerals, etc)

Is this still a good plan layout? There doesn't seem to be a an AA aspect.

As for my plan I was got some GTE as my anti dht.
EGCG Green Tea Extract Pills | 180 Capsules | Max Potency | Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement | by Horbaach https://a.co/d/dVCfA33
This one supposed to have Standardized to contain 95% Polyphenols, 75% Catechins & 45% EGCG

I also.ordered some PC. I read here that the microdised usp was the best.
Tried a little today just to see. About a green pea on each side. Made them a bit sore for several hours but that's about it. Wasn't really expecting any thing.

Progesterone Cream for Women - 2000mg USP Micronized Progesterone - 4oz Pump (~96 Servings) Soy-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Phenoxyethanol-Free, Cruelty-Free, Formulated Non-GMO https://a.co/d/jbO3uGp

The last few weeks I have been waking up with them sore/numb and it lasts a few hours. A few days it lasted all day but that's the extent of any thing on that front. I have ordered some pm from the anitol.us website. Been sitting in Thailand sence Dec 8. Ug some day maybe.

I have measured. My underbuss went down .5 inch to 52 and my bust is a bit odd. It seems to bounce between 55 and 55.5 lol so some progression on the weight loss in that area. Scale seems to say otherwise. All thoes damn xmas party's lol. Time to get back on the waggon
