I sent an email to a member, I am not sure if I did it correctly, where can I see if it was done right and if I have how do I know if that member has seen it.

New to this, iI have worked out how to send private message, do you think that is the best way.

So today I received an Email, and I answered it well, now I don't know if the person received it well.
I check and I send in MP it may be better.
