No osteoporosis. I broke an ankle (fibula in 3 parts) when i slipped on ice and my son, whom I was carrying, landed on it. I stopped PM as it usually slows down recovery from anything, be it a flu or a bruise. Also, it would have been logistically complicated to take PM as I lived for 60 days on my sofa and under my wife's help and attention.
By the way. It's almost time to update this page. I did restart PM in December and January, and I am currently toying with E-gel (0.06%) and FG. Things are rounding up interestingly...
