Hello

I ran a hedge trimmer over a strand of pine saplings today and it exhausted me. (Picrel). I'm so tired of menial tasks literally laying me out with pain & exhaustion. This is the worst part of HRT if you ask me. My biceps are killing me.

I only did 1/4 of what I wanted to, because for some reason the trimmer started slowing & overheating. I didn't detect any damage so the situation is perplexing. At least I cleared out a couple hundred saplings that sprung up around my best Serviceberry Tree, so I'll have to deal with the others later.

After that I raked the mulch off of a raised garden bed and ran the tiller over the 4x24' bed. The soil is fluffy black gold, so that didn't contribute too much to my physical exhaustion.

Tomorrow I'm going to take a gamble by planting our English Green Peas a little early, but I think it'll all work out. Next week is my trip out of town and when I return I'll be volunteering at the local Veteran's Hall at an event given by my new employer.

I return Friday from an eight hour dive and then Saturday morning I'll be driving four hours to get 10 cases of fresh chickens packed in dry ice for a big fundraiser party the next weekend sponsored by a motor sports magazine. It's going to be a busy two+ weeks.

I'm hoping the peas do well. This is a new organic bush variety I've never tried.

While I don't hold a candle to some of the more advanced practitioners on this site, I do want to remind others to periodically take breaks in your programs.

I stopped dosing while I was on an out of town trip this week. On the drive home both of my breasts had delicious growing pains the whole way home. I returned to using 17b Estogel last night and all morning long I've felt very full.

Breaks do work, folks!

Very nice. Did you see your Family?  If so how did it go?

Seconded! Take breaks, it works wonders to give receptors a little rest every now and then. Right now I'm on a break from topicals and prolactin boosting herbs and pumping and massage. Big Grin  I've believed into the philosophy of giving the body a little shock with breaks and changes every now and then. Almost every time there is a growth spurt right after, stop and go is a proven method.

Thanks, Beth ....

Things went as well as could be expected. No grief over body or hair. It was just a very emotional trip, and a very long drive, too.

I did however come home with my mom's car keys, though! Ugh.

I'm sure you're glad to be home.  Long drives can be a pain.  I'm glad that things went well.

Thanks, Mash ....

500 miles on Tuesday.
500 miles on Thursday.

and a lot of emotions in between.

Even a 5 day break and re-start can do you some good. I always like the fact that during a break you'll get growing pains. Today's re-start boost has been quite noticeable.

More Frustrations with Bras & Measurements

I decided to measure tonight and I was surprised that I'm basically the same or slightly smaller band size as six months ago or so. This photo shows 41.5" and that's pulled tight. The last time I measured was 42.5 or something like that. Bust size tonight was 47.5 and I'm unsure what it was six months ago or so.

The last many bras I've ordered have all been 48" band, and the cups never ever are accurate. The best I've can ever do is a wire free bra or sports bra. Front clasp bras also work, but I'm desperate for a traditional bra and I can never find one.

Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that the tape showed around 42", and that was comfortable I guess that I'm just destined to stay perplexed with bra sizings & buying.

Perhaps I'll look up a custom bra maker, but I kind of prefer the $20 bras vs a $100 bra.
