Nipple development question

#1

Dear friends,

I've never intentionally felt that I wanted to develop breasts, but was always fascinated with the possibility, and so I've been on this site for years, and it has been a long while since I asked any questions on here.

So let me give you some background of my "journey". In August of 2020 I had to undergo heart surgery to replace a heart valve. Having had a history of high blood pressure for many years, I asked my doctor if this surgery would finally correct that, as I was tired of all the medications I needed to take to control my BP, not very successfully, I might add. He said no. Bummer!

Soon after, my primary care physician, who is an endocrinologist, decided to change the approach to my high BP and recommended spironolactone. I started taking it (100mg daily) around a month after the heart surgery. While I tolerated it well, I was skeptical that it would control my BP since I had already been taking another medication of the same class as spironolactone, but hadn't been too successful. Well, as it turned out, I have a previously undiagnosed condition called hyperaldosteronism, and spironolactone worked on it like a charm! I have been enjoying normal BP ever since, finally! All my previous cardiologists and other specialists didn't hit upon this for decades until my PCP recommended this! This has led me not only to have normal BP, but also to cut down on the number of the medications I was taking!

But this is BreastNexus! Why am I posting this here, you ask? Well, a side effect of spironolactone is that it promotes the development of breasts! Not long after I started taking the new medication, my breasts began to hurt like hell (well, around my areolas, they did), so I asked my Dr what was up with that, and he told me that spironolactone and the other drug I had been taking are the only ones that act on the adrenal glands by suppressing the hormone aldosterone, which in my case is what was causing the high BP. But the other drug wasn't so good at it, so I was stuck with spironolactone. Then within a few weeks I started seeing rapid development of my breasts. More breast mass; bigger and puffier areolas; and the areas around them much more pink and sensitive. After 2 years of treatment, the initial pain has now subsided, although if I press on my breasts in certain ways, they will let me know in no uncertain terms that they don't like it! My girls have their own personalities, for sure!!

So my questions here are:

While my breasts are getting bigger, the nipples remain almost unaffected. It appears that spironolactone has no effect on them. They are still quite small.  Is it possible to make them grow somehow?  Short of using things like Supple Nips, am I stuck with small nipples?

Thanks in advance for any kind responses!

Bruce

PS.: Maybe later I'll post some pics of my chest, but I'll have to think carefully about this, not only because I am a little self-conscious about showing my new breasts, but I am also painfully aware of the ugly scar in the middle of my chest due to the hear surgery -- I have the tendency to develop keloid scars. Not a pretty sight. My avatar pic on here is NOT how I look today. I'll change it soon.
