I've been using BO for 3 weeks now and my nipples are a little sore and tender. Is that normal? Is it a good sign of growth?

Everyone reacts differently, but that would be considered normal.  They also should be more sensitive to nipple play.

Thats normal, the nipples and how they feel tend to be the first area to change and show signs of somthing happening by becoming sore to the touch/ tender or ramping up in sensitivity.
