Hello all,
I am looking to start a NBE program. I really want to do this. Try off and on over the years but did not continue once I ran out of the product. I was using mail order before but I do not want to use mail order because I do not want to be quizzed at home about the contents. I prefer to just run out to the store and buy them.
Can anyone tell me what stores and what supplement or creams that they stock that are effective for NBE? What is the best PM, BO, AA, etc. that are on store shelves? Seems like all of the talk is about products that are mail order. I go to the store and see very limited selections. I realize that they may cost a little more.
Could anyone suggest a NBE routine based around the supplements and creams that can be actually be found on the store shelves.
BTW, I am in the U.S.
