Green Tea?

So been reading a few progress threads on here over the past week, and some mentioned drinking green tea or spearmint tea for added benefits to NBE, but it's not listed as to what its actual benefit is like some of the other herbs and supplements in any of the guides?


So my question is, why green tea specifically and what does it bring to the table in the world of NBE?

there a note on green tea in lotus breast growing notes post which reads:

Proceed with caution with regard to green tea extracts. Those same epigallocatechins in green tea extracts have been implicated acute liver failures.

Love the tea though, especially Jasmine green tea.
