I too am pretty thin, 5'9", 135#. I know we're on the BO section, but I'd like to suggest pumping. It's quite inexpensive, (i got ebay domes, they work if you're gentle with them) and reversible. I went from a bust difference of 0" to 3.5" in around 5 months.
