As the title really, been doing some browsing on NBE and AA and these 2 keep cropping up, is there any benefit to using one over the other or do they both offer different benefits when it comes to breast development with say  PM or fenugreek? If not what is the best to use as cost wise they are similar? Sorry if the question has been asked before, tried searching but couldn't find a conclusive answer.

Thanks in advance.

Look, in my opinion (feel free to disregard it) Saw Palmetto is weak or doesn't work that much. Reishi on the other hand was unexpectedly surprising in delivering results. If you go for Reishi make sure it has beta glucans and and polysaccarides, i remember Lotus saying a similar thing and i trusted her advice.

As for Pueraria over Fenugreek? I would choose Pueraria, as it is stronger and seems to act faster than fenugreek. Be aware that PM does suck your Calcium out of your body so you need to resupply it by taking a Calcium (+ Vitamin D3) supplement. Also remember you can not take both together as they compete for the same receptor (PM and FG).

I tried all of these 4 supplements in the past and am currently using a combo of Red Reishi and Pueraria Mirifica.

Thanks for the reply, SO red rishi it is, looking at both FG and PM, FG for me is easier to obtain as can be ordered from Amazon and delivered next day or collected from a locker, but depending on results may cycle between them as they both - from what ive read anyway - build tissue in different ways, FG is more about building and extending the milk ducts/ glands( so you may end up with a rounder breast growth??) while PM is more for volume?? FG in my mind will help get the ball rolling before using PM?

Did read about needing a calcium supliment, so will get that added to my lil shopping list.
