Starting Small

#1

Well, today I just started taking the following regimen:

Mornings and afternoons:

White Peony (1200mg, 504mg paeoniflorin)

Reishi Mushroom (1200mg)

L-Lysine (2000mg)

I'll upload pictures to imgur soon. Starting pictures will be there as well. Every three months I will update my progress. This is phase one.

It will be interesting to see the effects from

White Peony.  After about a week or 2, post how well you are doing with the herbs.

Will do. It looks like I'm overweight in the picture, but in reality, I've been losing a ton of weight. I took this picture after I ate dinner and I was full. I think that combined weight loss and controlled gain, this regimen would give me a nice figure.

So far, the following has happened over the past week:

- Slightly weakened erections

- Slightly more sensitive nipples

- Thinning arm hair

- Stretchier adipose

- Lighter skin

- Slightly smoother skin

I have 5 more months to go before I can start taking DHEA to ramp things up.

Micro update:

So, I've been taking 2 of everything twice and so far, nothing has happened besides slight nipple sensitivity and noticably slower hair growth. I'm not exactly sure where to put my finger on this but if I were on another regimen, I'd already be budding. Speaking of which, I have no breast buds. It's only been about three weeks but at the same time, i'm not sure if this aromatase experiment is working. Maybe I'm just growing impatient. I'll give it another 2 months before I give up completely.

It's obviously doing something. I'm not the specialist here.

In the Project X topic from Lotus it says:

Reishi: significantly reduced levels of 5-alpha reductase, preventing conversion of testosterone into the more potent DHT
White Peony:

Estrogenic, blocks 5ar and pro-aromatase -(ethanol content from extracts increases aromatase) A compound found in white peony inhibits the production of testosterone and promotes the activity of aromatase, which converts testosterone into estrogen

So if I'm correct you are trying to prevent testosterone to become DHT and trying to have the aromatase convert the testosterone into estrogen?
You have been doing your program for 4 weeks now? I suppose you will have to give your body a lot more time. Or you could add an estrogenic herb like PM?

Yeah, that's the goal. I also plan on adding 25 mg of DHEA once it's taken full effect.

With Reishi and WP (and PM), I didn't notice breast buds until month three, and they were more donut shaped that formed on the outside of the areola. I never had the buds directly behind the nipple (and now I'm a solid A cup). Good luck!

Thanks, abbey! I'll post an update by the end of next month. I'm still going through changes slowly. Stay tuned.

Alright, here's a new update. In comparison to the previous picture that I posted here, you can see the slight changes to the curvature in my torso. I'm not sure if you all can see any difference in the chest area between the two pictures, but I can feel the difference. The areolas expanded but a little bit and I had a few growing pains throughout my two months on this regimen. Unfortunately, the reason why I'm posting the update a month early is because I'm postponing this little experiment until I get a solid job. Not only am I having money issues, but I want to be able to take care of what's important. That being, my brain. Instead of buying phytoestrogens, I'm going to start buying nootropics instead. My ADD is preventing me from pursuing the hobbies that I like the most and remembering important skill sets that I need in my life. Hopefully, I can reach a mental state where it doesn't feel like my mental growth hasn't been stunted. But until then, I won't start the NBE experiment again.

Anyway, here's the second photo. It's nothing to write home about:
