You got similar growth like me. What supplements do you take? Have you noticed left one bigger than the right. it also happens with me too.
The left breast is larger than the right. I've seen that in women too. I guess the reason is better blood circulation, because our heart is on the left side and that affects the asymmetry of the breasts.

We are not the only ones. If the right one followed the growth as well as the left breast, the total circumference would be at least half a centimeter higher.
I have read the experiences of others who have an identical problem. Some solve this by massaging only the right breast, some use pumps or apply cream only to that problematic breast and these things give results. My problem is laziness. I wrote that before. I spend a lot of energy at work and I’m tired constantly because of work. I drink those capsules and nothing else.
I'm going to start with PM in September, so it might affect that left breast too ... maybe

Hello everyone
I haven't been here in a while. I was taking FG, the growth slowed down a lot, so there was no reason for new images and new updates.
In the meantime, I was on annual leave. I traveled to Belgium, then on vacation to Greece. And I got the desire to continue with breast augmentation
My breasts have grown minimally. But the size under my breasts has decreased, so I am now one step closer to the next cup, which is B. The A size bra is quite full and I notice a small, but still a change. I took the last FG capsule on August 12th and am on break until September 6th. I will finally then move on to a new phase, and that is PM treatment.
I have a question for more experienced members. Which dose is best to start with? 500 or 1000 mg per day? I will also be taking Reichi and calcium in parallel. And what do you recommend for augmentation of the areola and nipples? Or is PM enough for that?

Welcome back
As for PM, I'd start with 500 for a week, just to let your body get used to it, or not.
Some people adapt to PM easily other get headaches, and nausea.
Very good move to keep Reishi and Calcium in the mix.

Although there have been no significant changes since the last update (3mm magnification), I opted for a new image update. The reason is that from today I am starting with PM and this will be the starting point. Interestingly, my breasts only increased when I stopped FG. My chest started to ache, itch. My nipples are quite sensitive, so it’s quite an intense feeling when I touch them or comb them against a t-shirt. The nipples are still small. That's why I ordered the following products:
