Compatibility of Phytoestrogenic Foods and PM

#1

Is it ok to eat soya beans or any other highly phytoestrogenic foods when taking PM, or can the relatively inferior
phytoestrogenic foods interfere with  PM by entering the estrogen receptors first and so blocking the superior PM?

From all the reading that I have done here, the weaker phytoestrogens will compete with PM for those receptors and this will slow progress.

For six months I religiously bought and consumed so-called high estrogen foods. I didn’t notice any gains whatsoever. Then, I just started eating healthy. I did (and do) continue to drink green tea, fenugreek tea and spearmint tea. I notice more gains from them than any foods from an estrogen list. Ymmv

Since I  switched from soya beans as well as flax and fennel seeds, I have noticed that my appetite has increased. When I was eating the soya beans they made me feel full, but now I won't return to eating them if they are going to mess with the PM
