I am wondering if Estriol cream (Smoky Mountain Nutrition) which contains ~2.08 of Estriol per serving -- is good enough to increase estrogen levels?

I am applying to breasts and I am wondering if I should add PM to the mix too?

I recently started NBE and my NBE mix is:

• 1.5mg of Finasteride
  
• 2 pills of Fenugreek (610mg each) (Nature's Bounty)
  
• Just started Estriol cream for breasts (Smoky Mountain Nutrition Estrolife)
  
• L-Arganine 1000mg a day (Nature's Bounty) -- known to increase efficiency of Finasteride.

From what I've read on threads here, Finasteride can replace PM:

I seem to find that curtailing DHT lessens the coarser effects of
maleness.  I.E. scalp hair loss, coarser skin, thick gut, body odor,
hairy body, etc.

Now that's a pretty interesting list of effects you've described there.


Yeah, I'll think I'll just go with finasteride and dump PM for a while.
Reishi mushroom and the other herbals seem interesting (I've researched
quite a bit about them), but finasteride has massive exposure since so
many people use it for hair loss, so even with the horror stories that
go around, it seems a somewhat more controlled choice for something that
may need to be taken for many years.

• PM is .25 to E2 (2mg)
  
• Reishi inhibts DHT @80% (imo it's similar to Finasteride, which is also 80%)
  
• Saw palmetto is 32%
  
• Some saturated/polyunsaturated fats inhibit DHT@ 60%
  
• I've got spiro inhibiting DHT 25 to 50% (by way of 5 ar reduction)
