Hello, I just receive PM as powder I bought on amazon from a german provider with a little green logo on the bottle, I guess you will all ready able to see what it is.
This is sold as cosmetic product, this is not dietary supplement, so I now have to prepare the powder as a cream or lotion.
For now I have mixed the powder with some drops of oil, which is giving me some kind of butter then I apply this on my breast and try to get this in with light massages, I've done it twice it seems to be effective.
Other options will be to prepare it on base of water or alcohol.
What do you suggest ?..

I once tried doing the same (making a lotion out of a powder) with Fenugreek and found it too much of hassle (and too messy) and simply got liquid Fenugreek liquid extract instead (the alcohol based clear one is less messy).
Funny, I think I mixed it (powder) with aloe vera gel and ended up with something that looked like organic apple sauce!
As for suggestions, I'd say it's a lot easier to utilize a premade PM cream like Ainterol's for this purpose. I've used that prior with good results but I don't use it currently (but still have some lying around somewhere).
Another tip is don't go to sleep with a diy powder/cream on in a white tshirt.

I'm too in BIOVEA pills.
¿How many pills ara you taking everyday? And ¿are you also taking other pills (AA, etc.)? I would know how is you program. Thanks a lot!

Well for the moment I'm only onn MP one pill at breakfast and one at dinner. Sometime I'm massaging with a french product named PROGESTOGEL and sometime with FERNUGREC. This is not regular.
