I don't think that you will get much with 500mg/daily.     But you have to be careful because if you are buying pm bulk on eBay from an overseas seller you don't know for sure how powerful or pure it is.  I recently got my pm powder and it smells different from my previous order.  More of a cinnamon than the musty floral I'm used to.   I'm concerned that some sellers are spiking with synthetic hormones. 

Anyone know how to tell pure pm from fake or altered?
