I wasn’t imagining things tonight. My entire package has shrunk significantly. In just three short days it’s 1/2 the size of what it was. Bear in mind, this is at a 1,000mg dose per day, based on stated high doses that resulted in gynecomastia.
The study goes on to say that it causes the cessation of spermatogenesis.
Like the article mentioned, I noticed an immediate effect on loss of libido & sexual function. “The prolactin response in males is swift and occurs in association with high circulating concentration of cimetidine”.

Had a quick look at Cimetidine. I've never use that in particular (for it's intended purpose) but I have experienced the negative impact of other anti histimines when it comes to achieving orgasm (damn near impossible while taking them).
Looks like histimine plays a crucial role in achieving erections (

I'm not sure the De-Glycyrrhizinated Licorice would provide the intended results. That being said, one wouldn't likely want to be taking that quantity if it weren't De-Glycyrrhizinated.
When I've tried licorice before, I've used the liquid extract (not the De-Glycyrrhizinated kind) drops so I could better limit/control how much I was using.

I had a very bad reaction to black licorice extract mixed with red clover and some other things after about a week. My heart was racing, it was like that the whole night and half of the next morning at work. It was scary.
Be very careful with it.

I'm not sure, the suggested dose was 60 drops(2mL) of a proprietary extract blend. I was just taking the suggested dose, and it was a liquid. The Herb Strength Ratio was 1:2:5.

I do notice that with licorice it feels like when I exercise my heart is going to explode, especially when I mix it with caffeine which I rarely do anymore!

I really didn't have a lot of shrinkage when on PM, but since I have been on Pharma HRT , one testicle is the size of a grape and the other is about 1/2 the size it started at the beginning.
