Am I trans? What am I? A self-analysis thread (sharing encouraged)

#31

Hey hi,

I think I have always known something was different but did not undertsand what that meant or what was possible until it was too late.
At 4 or 5 I remember wanting to wear a diaper to be just like my sister did.
At 10 or 11 I had dreams where I was a girl. Nothing erotic or sexual, just a girl living her life with a broken leg. Don't ask me why.
At 15 I was molested more than once by an older man (20s) who was friends with some of my girlfriends at school.
By 16 I had discovered the library at school, l read about Christine Jorgenson and found a book called "From James to Jan".  This was my first encounter with the idea that one could change gender and it changed my life.  I was dating my first love then and shared my feelings with her.  She was supportive and we experimented with dressing me up once.  Soon after that she broke up with me.  Related? Maybe, maybe not, but lesson learned.  Never Share!
In college things got bad enough that I took a year off after hiding in my room and x-dressing for most of a semester.  During that time off, I went to a psychiatrist, looking (hoping maybe) to find a medical reason for my dysphoria.  He tested my T levels and said they were in the normal range and I stopped seeing him soon after being unwilling or unable to share more about what was going on in my head.  I think I lacked the courage of my convictions (and probably still do).
Over the next 30 years the feeling ebbed and flowed, sometimes stronger mostly dormant.  I got married in my 40s to a woman who would never have been my type physically but was a perfect match mentally and emotionally.  We have 1 son who is my doppelganger at the same age.  After the pandemic lockdown started, the old feelings returned with a vengeance and I started experimenting with various herbal HRT methods.  I also found this site and started reading everything I could.  I told myself I was doing all this to be better informed and just to test the waters, but no matter how limited the results have been I haven't stopped. (Could have bought a car with what I have spent so far, or at least a down payment).  I also started buying clothes (mostly underwear and jeans that I don't think are too obviously women's).
Although, I haven't been caught directly (yet), my wife is smart and has figured out some of what is going on.  When she asks, I instinctively deny it. (See rule one: Never Share!)
I will probably never go through a complete transition, not just because I would not make a convincing woman owing to the fact that I am 6' 3" and show no signs of shrinking, but also because I would not put my family through all that it would entail and by the time my son is old enough I will be near 70.  Today my mind still thinks "if I made it this long surely I can make it to the end", all evidence of NBE and self medication to the contrary.  My hope is that a subtle change will be enough.
Anyway, that is my story and maybe this time sharing won't come back to bite me.  The anonymity of the internet can be a wonderful thing.

Sincerely,
-Kitt.

November 10, 2022 / My Story on Real Self: https://www.realself.com/user/8143994

I have been researching breasts implants for a very long time. It has just been within the last year that I have put some serious time into researching procedures for Breast Augmentation. I'm turning 60 this next year and for me, it's not about crossdressing or full transitioning but about becoming someone having characteristics of both sexes. I've felt it my whole life both male and female lifestyles, roles and stereotypical behavior fit me well. I don't see it as necessarily a transgender thing – its rather about a physical manifestation of a state of mind. Like mixing physical features of things and I think it characterizes me well. I feel good about myself when I think about this but I do struggle with the thought that to open the eyes of others or alleviate fears of others desiring such things, we need those who dare. So, should I be a pioneer, and do it? Or suffer some inconvenience but be certain to be helping to make the world better, more open place for humankind? To be honest, it's something I've been considering my whole life. Breasts are an amazing and powerful part of the body.

It has only been past 3 to 4 years that I started using fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, and  back up with breast enlargement pump twice a day for 1 hour use on my breasts. It seems to be helping and the results are slow to come. I do not want to use hormones or anything like that. I would like to keep my male function of using my penis.

I have spoken with my wife about this, and she is good with it. She says I have B-cup's now, so adding a little more I think would be great, but I do not want to wait for the slow process that herbs and suction will take.

I have spoken with my mother about this also (breast augmentation) and believe it or not she is not mad or upset. She just stated it is your body and you must be happy with it.

BUT, like I said above, I struggle with the thought that to open eyes of others or alleviate fears of others desiring such things, and we need those who dare. So, should I be a pioneer, and do it? Or suffer some inconvenience but be certain to be helping to make the world better, or a more open place for humankind?

Thanks for listening....

Sicher. Trans-Fiktion?

Also - ich bin ins Stocken geraten.

For me, I think it's simply a question of what I want my dominant sex hormone to be (estradiol vs. testosterone). I love being on estradiol, not just for the physical changes but also how much freer I am mentally and emotionally. It's not really a question of whether I behave more stereotypically masculine or feminine, or what kind of clothes I like wearing, but which sex hormone allows me to be myself more.

I'm a man in conflict still trying to balance my desires with my established life and relationships. I've been a closeted bi-sexual since I was a teenager and never took any feminizing drugs or herbs. I started out trying PM recently and have switched to experimenting with Estradial cream on the scrotum, getting a little taste of what it feels like to feminize myself, loving it other than I have a sore chest and emotionally unstable. I've always been a bit feminine in physical build and sensitivity but my life requires functioning in a man's role, especially in business and established relationships so can't imagine the day will ever come where I can get away with a full transition. I love how it feels and want to become more feminine but the reality for me is having to permanently maintain a split personality if I continue experimenting with feminizing hormones. It's not a big deal being on the down low and sneaky if you're just gay or bisexual but a little harder if you start growing tits and looking like a woman. I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation.

I promised myself I would at least keep my chest, arms and bottom of my legs unshaved so I can wear shorts around family but with my little sore titty buds I couldn't help shaving my chest and the rest of my legs today.

Really want to try the diy estradial gel route, keep telling myself I better pull back but then I crank it up to the next level. I don't know where this is going but it feels good while I can get away with it. I think the worst thing that can happen is I go back to my old boring life with a pair of man tits.

Have you ever heard of the term cross dreamer. I don't think it is a widely used term but I feel it def resonates with me, vs cross dresser or trans etc. The following is a link to where you will be able to read a few articles that describes what a cross dreamer is. I don't feel I could do it justice in trying to describe what it is. https://novagirl.net/category/crossdreaming/
