Some people swear a break is necessary but I've never found that it achieves anything except my boobs starting to deflate after about 2-3 weeks as the fat migrates away.

My limited advice would be to drop the saw palmetto. There's conflicting info about this herb actually working against estrogen.

I have had great allround breast growth, not just around the immediate breast/nipple area, but spread out around the entire breast area, through initially only using 3000mg of fenugreek per day, before I even became aware of PM. I think that for a breast to look natural, you have to have fat growth first, and then use PM later on, with t blockers.

That's just my personal opinion, and what seemed to work great for me.

I started in 2010 at age 62. If you look at my thread https://www.breastnexum.com/showthread.php?tid=9317&highlight=my+progress+pics  you'll see how I progressed because I took regular pictures in the same pose. My avatar shows me in 2012

No, once budding started I grew for about 18 months and then growth stopped. So since about middle of 2012 the shape has changed a bit but no more actual volume.
