I would do no more than 500 mg for a week. You need to make all of your body, Pituitary gland, liver etc and tummy get used to it. Also it needs to wake the Estrogen receptors up as well.
Do a lot of breast massage with almond or coconut oils for 15 minutes at least 2xs a day. Then step up to 1000 mgs, one in the AM and one before bed. See how that goes.
It is a marathon not a sprint, and to much of anything is counter productive. I found that even 1500mg of PM was too much for me. 1000 is plenty, I even grew for 10 days at a faster rate when I took a 3 week break.
Also take extra vitamin D daily + lots of water, lots of sleep and milk best growing to ya!
PS I would also place a heating pad on the breast too, and less caffeine intake tip etc..
