I know this has been discussed here before, and its easy to lose track of where the info is that you've seen before, however for the sake of this thread, I would like to have good info on dosage. I will be staring more intense HRT shortly and would like some info on dosage. I will be using the following products:
Pueraria Murifica 500mg
White Peony tablets (don't know dosage yet - need info)
Red Reishi tablets (don't know dosage yet - need info)
I will continue with my fenugreek for the mean time 3 x 1000mg 3 times daily until all my products have arrived, since the fenugreek effect has been so pleasing. I will probably stop using this when I move to my new program.
But the burning question is dosage, without causing harm to my body. I am 50 years old

Always start with the lowest dosage rates first. There are several reasons, but the main one is every person's body reacts differently to dosage, Herb being used and of course general health of that person. I always followed the following 2 rules! 1. Only up the rate after 2-4 weeks. Any quicker than that you really cant tell a difference. 2. More is NOT better necessarily. You can drive your excess Estrogen to be converted to, what no one who wants to feminize, Testosterone!
