I was just curious of when it's appropriate to start spreading it on my breasts. Does one wait for a stall out or add it here and there a few times a wewk? I read a website that cautioned against rubbing it above the waist line saying it can cause tumors ect.

I believe the general consensus is waiting to Tanner Stage Two, 
or around 6-12 months. There’s no real need to use it in the 
beginning. Use a bio identical brand. In the US, Smokey 
Mountain Naturals is a popular brand. It really works well.
