Hi everybody. So since I started 10 weeks ago lumps are forming.
Daily dose is 3000mg of PM stretched over whole day. calcium tablets twice a day and reishi capsules morning and evening.
Lumps under each nipple is approx. one inch in diameter. Nipples and areolas are becoming more brownish. Have stepped down on nipple pump because they are very sore.
Pumping whole breast 15 minutes with nipple in center, and 15 minutes where I pump underbreast.
Nipples and areolas have about 5mm puff.
I tried to order estrogel from spain, although its a prescription drug, and it went right through customs.
Not sure if I should combine PM and estrogel? Advice would make me very thankfull...
