There are still two active sperm-producing body parts that will have to go as well. But those will be dealt with in the not to distant future. I really dislike those and wish they were never there in the first place. So uncomfortable and out of place, and always in the way of everything. Get rid of those, and job probably done. The other appendix is still be kinda handy don't you think.
