I can't really advise as I have only just started a similar program myself and am new here. All I can say is don't start too high too soon. Let your body get used to it slowly.
I started about 3-4 weeks ago on
Morning
1002mg red clover
1 Licorice Root (about 400mg)
Evening
1002mg red clover
Paba capsule.
However within a few days it felt like my chest was going to explode so I had to switch to 1 red clover night. I've also tried spearmint and licorice root in the morning.
Thankfully now I'm back up to 2 red clover per day and it's been good for a week or so. Not really felt any tingling yet though, I was hoping for something by now. I've just ordered some PM hoping that has an effect.
