Pueraria Mirifica contains puerarin and daidzein. It only contains microscopic portions of miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol.
Pueraria Mirifica at a dosage of 500 mg, if that is farm cultivar Pueraria, equals 0.16 mg oral Estradiol or 8 micrograms of patch Estradiol.
It would equal a quarter of a push on the pump of Estreva. Which is very very low.
Miroestrol and Deoxymiroestrol are strong but they are only microscopically present in Pueraria Mirifica.
Daidzein and Puerarin are phytoestrogens that are to be compared with lignans in Flax seed,... pretty weak. 1000X weaker than pharma HRT.
2000 mg Pueraria Mirifica contains 160 mg of Puerarin ( if you take farmed cultivar like SiamNatural ) which equals 0.16 mg of oral Estradiol. Even less than I thought. This is equal to about 8 micrograms of patch Estradiol which is insignificant compared with pharma HRT.
