Hi. I started taking Ainterol Pm 1000mg daily to get smoother skin and more femine figure.
Wanted to ask what are effects of Fenugreek, SP, Spreamint tea if taken with PM?

be sure to take a calcium supplement when taking PM.

Spearmint tea is a natural anti androgen, so it's reducing testosterone while the PM is doing it's estrogenic thing (theoretically, enhancing the impact).
