For those of you wondering...I'm still out here.  Here's what's been happening:
   Lactation-I gave up this time.  I have achieved it in the past.  The constant pumping was not working with my work schedule.  Also, it
                 made my piercings grouchy.  When I achieved it some years back, I only managed to produce about a spoonful at each expression.
                 So, I had to evaluate the value added.  Lactation lost.
   Piercings-Now, this is something that I have continued with.  I am currently up to 00 gauge. That means the holes are about the diameter of a
                 pencil.  The great part is that my nipples have become EXTREME erogenous zones.  To brush my hands over them causes them to
                 erect to the point where I can flip them around and grab them between my thumb and forefinger.  Just tapping on the barbells causes                           instant erection (of the nipples).  The feeling is so satisfying.
   Clothing-I have discovered a great way to carry my breasts.  I ordered shelf bra yoga shirts from Amazon.  I prefer the racerback style because they
                can show under clothing but look just like a man's wife beater undershirt and no slipping strap issues.  They do provide support albeit                        minimal.  They are very comfortable and cool.  They can be worn under a man's shirt with no questionable lines.  Not expensive...I think 
                $24 for a pack of three.
   Growth-I took a break for awhile (4 months) due to a medical issue. I had very little breast shrinkage.  So, NBE does provide permanent, real,
               breast tissue.  Condition resolved, so I've started again.  For those of you who like to calculate, my underbust measurement is 45 inches and
               overbust is 51 inches.  Figure that out and let me know what you come up with.  I don't trust the bra size charts.  I mean, I can see that
               without a doubt I have reasonably large breasts but not DD.
