Thumbs Down

Hey everyone!.
I’m sorry if this has already been posted. I found a lot of the information very interesting.
Specifically, the research suggests that, high estrogen is associated with sub-optimal breast growth! Have a read!

Not sure if it's here already either...interesting read. One of the main takeaways is slow and steady wins the race, as too much, too fast (according to a number of the references here) can lead to less than ideal outcomes.

Interesting, I have often felt that I had more swelling/growth while ramping up or ramping down.  Also after reading various websites having to do with NBE and HRT for the last several years my take away on the success of NBE is that it has a lot to do persistence and consistency.   In other words, if you are dabbling here and there you will not see much results.  Your body will respond more to persistent nbe efforts.  Not to get off on a tangent but that's part of my problem with Noogleberry.  I love the feeling of swelling in the hours after noogling and I have no doubt it would work as advertised but don't have the spare hours of alone time daily.  Because of that lack of consistency I don't think I would ever see a large amount of growth from noogling.

Must admit i found that thread very interesting and does indeed help explain how some girls
that have taken very low long term doses have ended up with more growth than expected,

Also the spiro dampening possible growth where other aa do not ?

Bumping this so others can see it. I found it while searching the web, but figured it had already been posted here. I was right.

I’ve always been highly skeptical of the claim that taking
Spiro makes you want to get augmented.

I can say I agree to much is not good, time of the month for girls and larger amounts of Progesterone on the cycle days helps to balance the E right?

So slow and steady, makes since why when I stop PM I seem to have a growth spurt and I am only taking 1000 MG a day with 2-3 times a day massage once with Lavender and 2x with Coconut oil.

Thank you good read and good post!

I just noticed I'm the last person to post here and quite a while ago. Also I was insensitive. Yeah if you weren't here then the guy posting but has been deleted now was a bit old but grew an impressive pair and would show them but just translate our own posts into French and reposted which got annoying. Am fluent so should have tried to connect instead of getting angry. Was just a person who was trying to fit in even if in a very peculiar way.
Am embarrassed for my intolerance, am a person who broods and dwells. This bothers me quite a bit, should have done more.

I saw him all over the noogleberry forums, and even if he meant well, what he was doing was very unpleasant, and he persisted for an extended period of time. The fact that he couldn't learn that will put you at ease for how you responded, I hope.
