After looking through everyone's programs, I've started by ramping up my PM.
I began with 1000mg and a PM elixr for topical application.
Right now, I'm up to 2000mg per day, with the capsules taken throughout the day at regular intervals. I'm just using the elixr twice a day.
I've also added mint tea at least once a day.
