I noticed when I go cold turkey my areloas seem to tingle and be more sensitive than when I'm on pm. Has anyone experienced something similar? When I first started out on NBE herbs, I noticed the tingling and sensitivity, but that seems to go away the longer I stay on with pm.

So it ends once you start taking NBE herbs again? Or does it go away after going cold turkey for more than a few days?

I noticed tingling today.

I was on PM for a month, off PM for one month & started back on PM again yesterday. I don't recall tingling when I first started originally.

What was weird, was after taking 1k, four hours later the peanut/buds filled right up & was noticeable to the touch.

for the last 2 weeks I have dropped the dosage to one capsule pm every 24 hrs. I also take 450 mg of sp every day, and I get more of the tingling and itching than when on 100o to 1500 mg everyday. also it seems there is a constant light aching in my breast that wasn't there before, also the nipples seem to react to the shirt rubbing on them as well.

I'm not going cold turkey anymore.

The reason why I was before was because of wanting to buildup my physical fitness.

Yes.. Especially when they rub on anything, they harden almost instantly!

those are generally signs of growth and expansion.. the itchiness is the skin stretching minutely to accommodate the new growth. the aches are also there... that is GOOD news, and highly regular... nothing to worry about.. just be sure to watch out for any odd/off smelling discharge, redness under skin-painful to touch. that may be sign of mastititis- infection.
