that pop quiz, was not of my origin. it was one I had found interesting in my perusing of the research world. I don't base anything in hard fact, myself. I merely proffer it up to those who might be interested in the research I have found.
I hold many theories about many things, and in regards to this thread, it is a clearinghouse, if you will, of bits and bobs of info that I find, sometimes related, sometimes not. it is good to know that English walnut leaves contain progesterone. I will have to look into that further. With the myriad of info out there for estrogenic type compounds in plants, there seems to be a shortage of plants that contain progesterone. The mainstay of the "wild yam" which has to be synthesized into a compound for the body to absorb, there are few others (known to myself, in my hours of relentless searching the world wide web). not to say, that I don't err, or make mistakes along the line, or even perhaps am not aware of other such benefits of some of the natural plants.
Wait.. that sounds familiar maybe I already posted something on that already? hahah... would have to check back in the backpages...I remember reading this article : https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20...144815.htm
