edit: Adonis aleppica is the member of the buttercup family https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adonis_(plant) (poisonous), however it was mentioned in the articles listed ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20108949). I will not post a separate post for this one as it is dead-end. however the discovery of progesterone in plants is very interesting
